Lead viewers, editable straight from the contacts list — and forms without a default recipient
Who may see a lead can now be changed from its row on the contacts list — the customer file's own editor, one click nearer. Team-management seats may make the change too, and the form builder no longer pins a default recipient: leads are shared across the team, handed to someone chosen by name, or left unclaimed on the board.

Where it hurt
Deciding who is allowed to see a lead used to be possible only from the customer file. On the leads tab the viewer list was neither shown nor editable — you opened the file, saved the change, and came back. Forms had the sharper problem: in a small team the automatic split kept landing on one particular desk, and that default recipient could not be taken off from the form's settings either. The result was a pile of leads on one desk that their owner could not keep up with and nobody else was allowed to look at.
What was built
Under each person's name on the contacts list there is now a "Change who can see" link — the same editor the customer file has, one click nearer, under the same rules. Permission is asked again when it opens and when it saves; a change that would strand open work is refused, so somebody with an open follow-up or task on the lead stays on its viewer list; and a holder who does not manage the team cannot take themselves off, so the lead is never left without a keeper.
The door is now open to team-management seats as well. Before, only the floor seats — the sales and support managers, the business's admin — could change a lead's viewers; now any seat that manages the team can, and as before, whoever filed the lead or holds it may do the same within that scope.
Forms no longer have a default recipient
In the form's settings, "Who receives the leads from this form" has three honest answers: shared among the team to whoever is least busy (the default), one particular person, or nobody yet — each lead waits unassigned on the board until somebody takes it. Picking "one particular person" without naming one no longer saves: the builder refuses it with a clear message instead of quietly falling back to the team balance. And if that person later leaves the team, the form quietly returns to the balance, so leads never drop onto an empty desk. To change a lead's viewers, open the contacts list and click "Change who can see" under the person's name.
