A name on the Sales reps screen now opens that person's own page: the leads in their hands with their pipeline stage, the open tasks assigned to them with project and due date, and a red "No next follow-up date" badge beside any lead nobody has promised to call.
Moving a lead to an open column — across the board or from the customer file — is now refused until the lead holds an open follow-up date. Won and lost are exempt: they end the story.
A task created from a customer file now carries the customer's name onto My work and the Work desk — a chip that opens her file in one click, and her number when she has no name yet.
The estimated value, the proposal amount and the final sale price now live on the lead sheet — kept separately for each business, typed in the business's own currency, with every change written to the lead's history and the estimate shown on the pipeline card.
Who may see a lead can now be changed from its row on the contacts list — the customer file's own editor, one click nearer. Team-management seats may make the change too, and the form builder no longer pins a default recipient: leads are shared across the team, handed to someone chosen by name, or left unclaimed on the board.
Two new Metro tiles — "My open tasks today" and "My open overdue tasks" — show the work instead of the number: up to six of your own open rows with title, deadline, project and customer, each finished by the tick right on the board.
Languages, theme, profile, the suggestion box and sign-out have left the sidebar's foot and now live behind one avatar chip at the top of the screen — in the mobile topbar and at the head of the desktop sidebar — opening with a tap.
A bio-link card button can now carry a file instead of a URL — a PDF, an image or a document up to 12 MB — and the customer downloads it straight from the card page, no sign-in and no third-party host in between.
The pipeline's quick sheet and the contacts modal now share one form and one validation, and take four new fields — notes, landline, WhatsApp number and address — plus a follow-up specialist chosen at the door, who receives the follow-up reminder.
