File attachments on NabuLinks card buttons

A bio-link card button can now carry a file instead of a URL — a PDF, an image or a document up to 12 MB — and the customer downloads it straight from the card page, no sign-in and no third-party host in between.

Until now, every button on a bio-link card pointed at a web address. If what you wanted to hand a customer was a file — a service catalogue, a price list, a brochure — you had to upload it somewhere else first, copy the link and paste that onto the card: one more service to keep alive, a link that can break, and too often a sign-up wall standing between the customer and the file.

A button can now take the file itself. A PDF, an image or a document up to 12 MB, stored the way the panel keeps every other record file. The customer downloads it from the card public page, right where the button sits — no account, no sign-in. The download address is tied to the card itself, so each file opens only at the door of the card whose button carries it.

Using it is simple: in the card editor, add a button, leave the URL field empty and attach the file instead. Each button is either a link or a file, never both; deleting a button takes its file with it, and a card holds up to twelve buttons.

The page a customer browses and the file they take away are now one place. Put your catalogue on the card once; the button does the rest.

One person, all their work — each rep's open leads and tasks on one page

A name on the Sales reps screen now opens that person's own page: the leads in their hands with their pipeline stage, the open tasks assigned to them with project and due date, and a red "No next follow-up date" badge beside any lead nobody has promised to call.

Product update

A lead only moves with a promise of its next call

Moving a lead to an open column — across the board or from the customer file — is now refused until the lead holds an open follow-up date. Won and lost are exempt: they end the story.

Tasks now show their customer on the list

A task created from a customer file now carries the customer's name onto My work and the Work desk — a chip that opens her file in one click, and her number when she has no name yet.
